We're Halo Water Proofing — a WI-licensed, fully insured waterproofing outfit that's spent years learning exactly how water moves through Maribel-area foundations, and exactly how to stop it.
We don't send apprentices to figure it out on your dime. Every Maribel job is run by a technician who has done this exact repair dozens of times, with a supervisor who signs off before we call it finished.
Call now and talk to an actual technician, not a script. We'll walk you through what's likely going on and get a crew scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Maribel customers didn't wake up one day with a flooded basement. It usually started small. These are the early signs worth calling about.
A musty smell in the basement or crawl space is usually moisture you can't see yet, not just "old house smell."
Even small cracks are worth a second look — they rarely stay small once seasonal ground movement gets involved.
Efflorescence is a clear sign that water is actively passing through your Maribel foundation wall, even if you've never seen standing water.
A sump pump that never stops cycling is often working harder than it should, or is undersized for your Maribel lot's water table.
A bowing basement wall is a structural concern in addition to a water one — this is the kind of Maribel call we prioritize fast.
These signs upstairs are often the last clue Maribel homeowners notice, even though the moisture issue started in the basement months earlier.
Every Maribel property is different — soil, slope, foundation age, water table depth. We size the fix to the actual problem, not a one-size package.
Standing water in your basement doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Maribel emergency crews remove the water first, then diagnose the source so it doesn't happen again next storm.
Call for Emergency Service →Hairline cracks are how most Maribel basements start leaking. We use epoxy injection to seal the crack from the inside out, stopping the leak at the source instead of just painting over the symptom.
Get a Crack Assessment →A tired or undersized sump pump is the #1 reason we get emergency calls in Maribel after heavy rain. We install dual-pump systems so your basement stays dry even if the power goes out mid-storm.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →An interior drain tile system channels water to a sump pump before it ever reaches your Maribel basement floor — one of the most reliable long-term fixes we install.
Ask About Drain Systems →Musty smell upstairs that you can't explain? It's usually the crawl space. Our Maribel crews encapsulate the space fully — floor, walls, and vents — so moisture stops migrating into your living areas.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We work directly with Maribel property managers and business owners on below-grade waterproofing, parking structure sealing, and large-scale drainage corrections — scheduled around your operating hours.
Request a Commercial Quote →Here's exactly what to expect once you call +1-866-476-1348 for Vapor Barrier Installation in Maribel.
